Things that can be submitted —
1. Pictures of yourself doing yoga (perfect alignment not necessary, open heart highly recommended)
2. Brief insights from your practice or a cool class that you attended or something that you’d like to share (one paragraph or less, please!)
3. Ways you’ve brought your yoga off the mat and into your life (one paragraph or less, please!)
4. Something that inspires you to practice when this crazy world makes it hard
I’m going to be honest —- I may not approve everything in the queue. But, if you’re honest, open-hearted, and eager… If it’s completely you, completely real life (no celebrity, no anonymous flickr image of someone you don’t know) —- chances are that it will be approved. Just give it time to show up.
